On the simple and effective implementation of the whistleblowing system
An important statutory obligation is coming into effect shortly, requiring businesses with at least 50 employees to operate an internal whistleblowing system (referred to as BVR for short).

From December 17, it is possible to report information regarding unlawful acts or omissions—or those suspected to be unlawful—as well as other forms of misconduct, via the internal reporting channel (BVR) operated by the employer.

In recent months, many have sought to offer solutions for fulfilling this obligation in various ways. Often, these solutions have leveraged the option to outsource the operation of the BVR to an external party or organization—an approach that has emerged as an attractive business opportunity.

In my view, however, a business employing between 50 and 250 people can meet this obligation in a very simple yet effective manner. A detailed set of procedural rules, the training of a few staff members to handle the reports (which are unlikely to be numerous), and the provision of the necessary resources are sufficient to get started.
I aim to assist with this process: I can support the implementation and operation of the BVR using the simplest and most cost-effective solution possible.

Please feel free to contact me; it is not too late.
